Dancer safety is paramount to Molly Shanahan/Mad Shak’s work. Dancers, students, and collaborators have agency to mindfully adapt any and all material to their body, ability, current or chronic injury, or sense of safety. Students with chronic injuries or related concerns are encouraged to inform teachers.

Please note the following will be assumed through participation in any class or workshop: “I understand that I have been advised to consult a physician, if necessary or appropriate, prior to participating in any Spiral Body Techniques® class or workshop; and I accept that I take class at my own risk. I will not hold any certified Essential Level SBT teacher, Molly Shanahan, Molly Shanahan/Mad Shak, or Spiral Body Techniques® liable for any injury that may occur while taking any SBT or MS/MS class.”
