June 20 + 21 + 22 ‘Deep/er Dive’ Spiral Body Techniques® Workshop with Molly Shanahan

Three 3-hour studio class + micro-intensive in Spiral Body Techniques® for advanced and intermediate/advanced dancers with Molly Shanahan, PhD and members of Molly Shanahan/Mad Shak.

This class series combines a Spiral Body Techniques® studio class with Molly, and offers a deep/er dive into movement sequences that are both slow and intrinsic (requiring patience and attention), and quick-flow and spacious (requiring rhyzomatic engagement with body, time, and gesture)…with time for exploration, discussion, and explanation of key movement concepts.

Limited space. Class will be capped at 20. While the class is geared for advanced and intermediate/advanced dancers, all are welcome. Particularly appropriate for folks considering the SBT Teacher Training Certification Workshop in a future year, current SBT teachers, and those with some exposure to SBT through classes with Shanahan or certified teachers.
